At Brown Aura, it’s our goal to deliver handcrafted leather journals that inspire creativity and satisfaction. If you are not fully delighted with your order, our return and refund policy is designed to make things simple and fair.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To qualify, journals must be unused and in the original packaging.
- Orders purchased during SALE, or custom/personalized items, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
- Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us by email at info.brownaura@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and (if returning due to a defect) product images.
- Our team will provide detailed instructions.
Return Shipping
- If your order was incorrect or defective, we cover the return shipping cost.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for other reasons.
Exceptions & Conditions
- For defects or shipping damage, notify us with photos within 2 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
- Gifts can be exchanged by the recipient with proof of purchase.
